Dante Nolen, 41, was identified by coroner’s officials today as the man killed in a drive-by shooting this weekend in a neighborhood near Watts. Police said Nolen was killed at about 1:16 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of West 107th Street after he and another man left a party. Two men in a dark-colored car shot at Nolen and the other man while they were standing on the sidewalk, according to a news release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Nolen was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other man was hospitalized in critical condition.
