Police say that the weekend killing of two people and wounding of eight others at a Wichita, Kan., wake was gang payback for a killing at a wedding two years ago.Police called the drive-by attack at the traditional Laotian wake "very brazen."
"Shooting randomly into a group of people - a large group of people - of course, they are reckless ... a heinous act," said police Lt. Ken Landwehr. "It's very brazen, I would say," he said.
