four more arrests after Spennymoor double shooting (From The Northern Echo): "POLICE yesterday made four more arrests after a double shooting believed to be linked to a drugs feud.
Armed police were called to Spennymoor, County Durham, after two men aged 40 and 59 were shot in an alley.
Three men from Spennymoor, aged 19, 31, and 44, were arrested yesterday on suspicion of attempted murder and were last night being questioned by police.
A 52-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, and was interviewed and bailed pending inquiries.
Two men, aged 18 and 32, were arrested on Saturday night on suspicion of attempted murder and released on bail."
