Shootings occurred outside Club Vinyl around 2am just as the club was closing.

Reports have been coming in from over the weekend of a club shooting in the Midwest. Apparently, Bay Area rapper, E-40, was performing at a club venue in Denver, Colorado whereby a shootout ensued. The rapper was not harmed, however, reports are surfacing that several people were seen running from the club. According to media outlets across Denver, the shootings occurred outside Club Vinyl around 2am just as the club was closing. As people were vacating the premises witnesses report that several shots rang out as gunmen ran out of a crowd of 100 people fleeing for their lives. Denver authorities have yet to release the motive behind the shootings, except the fact that three men were seen running after three other men with pistols and knives. Five people were wounded during the shootings, while one is in critical condition.At press time, police are still searching for suspects involved in the incident. As of Sunday no arrests have been made. Witnesses told Rocky Mountain News that fights occur that the club on a regular basis whereby police have been seen at the venue several times throughout the week.
